Digital Marketing Manager – London, UK

Working closely with and reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will be focused on the transactional areas of ftrack’s online business. You will be responsible for driving and optimising the pipeline of low-touch leads and executing the digital marketing plan for highly targeted yet automated end-to-end campaigns. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, have a demonstrable technical, analytical and commercial background, and show a hunger to cultivate and improve our product funnels.

What you’ll do

  • Optimise and grow the inbound lead process
  • Track and report on inbound data flow relating to the trial funnel
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and allow us to monitor the health of product adoption in the markets we serve
  • Closed-loop reporting, from visitor to paying customer with insights and analysis to increase conversion
  • Execute the advertising plan and manage Google Ads account for search and display
  • Expand online presence with SEO and external link building
  • Introduce and manage the referral platform
  • Optimise automated communication during the onboarding and retention phase
  • Utilise Intercom for product adoption and retention with communication triggers based on user behaviour
  • Leverage the advertising budget to stimulate growth in target segments
  • Analyse the results of experiments and campaigns to learn from and iterate to help identify additional opportunities to drive growth
  • Manage marketing CRM platforms, identifying and targeting key segments
  • Set up A/B tests in activities where applicable for optimisation
  • Leverage on-going support related material and videos to help with product adoption campaigns

Who you are

  • Experience setting up and optimising campaigns in Google Ads and other advertising platforms
  • At least three years of experience in a digital marketing role related to acquisition and analysis
  • Experience presenting data to key stakeholders in a simple to understand manner with clear next steps
  • Experience in B2B marketing for a SaaS product or similar
  • Previous experience managing and implementing campaigns with advertising platforms
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycle and ability to identify opportunities to maximise demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
  • Results-oriented with a can-do attitude and committed to see projects through completion
  • Pro-active self-starter that demonstrates initiative to solve problems
  • You often keep tabs on what competitors are doing to learn from their successes
  • Excellent attention to detail, every percentage counts
  • You’re not afraid to bring new ideas to the table, experiment and learn from findings
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths or related quantitative field

  • Knowledge and use of HTML, JavaScript or other scripting languages to aid with your role
  • A digital marketing qualification such as IDM, CIM, or equivalent
  • An understanding of the post-production, animation, or visual effects industries
